This position requires the individual to attend to the daily operational activities relating to the dormitory as a whole. This role would involve teamwork and coordination among various colleagues to address facility maintenance, repair, up keeping and customer service and engagement activities accordingly. This position holder would be required to report to the Property Officer on a daily basis.

Job Scope
  • Oversee the entire facility, ensuring that the FCC (Fire Command Centre), M&E, Elevator Ctrl Panel, Water pumps, CCTV, and all other mechanical equipment are under optimum working conditions.
  • Guide technicians and environmental assistants on routine daily cleaning, checking, and to roster them in an efficient manner.
  • Preparation of vacant rooms for new residents to check-in
  • Taking over rooms from residents and checking on reinstatements
  • Liaising with relevant contractors, and vendors for upkeeping of machinery, motors, pumps, etc. To also review their works after completion on site.
  • To maintain good working relations with all internal and external stakeholders. The individual will also be operationally ready at any time called upon – even if this falls outside the official hours of duty.
  • Ensure that the grounds of the complex are cleaned and within acceptable standards and that there are no breeding of mosquitoes and other unwanted storage of receptacles, containers, etc. within the facility.
  • Adhoc duties as assigned by the Property Officer

Requirement
