Job Scope/Responsibilities:

. Identify suitable and efficient channel for Company hiring visibility

. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

. Screen candidates resume and job applications

· Assess applicants’ suitability

. Conduct career preview calls to shortlisted candidates to secure interviews with them

. Coordinate interviews date and time

. Follow-up with shortlisted candidates

. Administer candidates on-boarding process

Requirements:

Skills/qualifications for the Job:

· 21 Years old and above

· Min ' O levels '

· Target-driven

· Good Oral and Written Communication Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel / Powerpoint

. Proficient with rapport skills

. Positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, self motivated & enjoy challenges

Benefits:

Part-Time: Flexible working hours, Minimum 5 to 6 hrs a day, 3 to 4 days per week.

Basic Hourly Salary: $12/hr to $15/hr + attractive Commission and Bonus
