Patient Service Associate

Responsibilities

§Handling registrations and booking of appointments

§ Providing and educating patients and visitors on health grants and medical assistance information

§Cashiering roles such as generating invoices and collection of payments

§Filing of insurance and Medisave claims

§Assist Nurses and Doctors in administrative and clinical support

§Involved in work flow processes to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day duties

Requirements

§Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent

§Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision

§Outgoing and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

§Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office)

§Service Oriented and patient focused

§Experience in frontline customer service and/ or practical knowledge of clinic operations are preferred
