Personal Assistant (Entry Level)

Fresh Graduate / No experience required

Fluent in Mandarin

Salary range $2800-$3500

Permanent/ Full Time

Mon -Fri (9-5pm)

Multiple locations

Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management & Coordination of meetings.
• Support Senior Management in admin duties
• Overseas trip administration- booking of air tickets/hotels/transportation.
• Handling overseas/petty cash claims / medical claims for management staff.
• Compilation of data and documents for respective departments.
• Edit and follow up on submission of reports as and when directed.
• Liaise with direct reports and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ad-hoc duties- helping out at company functions/activities.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• Good Communication and Time Management skills.
• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Only Singaporeans.
• Entry level / Fresh Graduatespreferred.
