Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director.
• In charge of all private and confidential matters and filing documents of the Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings, and events and handle correspondence
• To liaise and follow up with clients of the director on document endorsement when required.
• Perform other administrative duties

Requirements:

• At least A level / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Fluent In Mandarin is required.
• Good communication and time management skills
• Maintains confidentiality and possesses a sense of urgency
• Organised, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Only Singaporeans
