5day work-week

Mon-Fri (9-5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining office systems data management and filing documents.
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and other confidential matters.
• Taking notes and assisting in presentations during meetings.
• Screening all incoming calls, enquiries and requests.
• Responsible for organising and arranging appointments for Managers and CEO.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains confidentiality and possesses a sense of urgency.
• Well organised, detail-oriented and have good time management.
• Only Singaporeans
