Looking for a personal secretary for the Managing Director. The MD would be located in India and the Personal Assistant in Singapore.

For the medium term this role will be a WFH role and would over time move to the office. This is for a newly setup subsidiary in Singapore. The company offers advisory services in India and now in Singapore for the ASEAN region. The sectors covered are Real Estate and Education.

The Job would entail:

  • super organised to make reporting managers life simple
  • Great communication skills to step in and write on behalf of reporting manager
  • Ability to think ahead to pre-empt issues and keep calendars and appointments perfectly organised 
  • Available at all hours for urgencies and to sync with reporting managers requirement 
  • Should be able to work with vendors, resources etc to provide a perfectly oiled running working environment. 
  • Providing guests and reporting manager protocols towards hospitality and time management. 
  • Manage backup email id for reporting manager 
  • Assist with admin related requirements for setup of new office in Singapore

Skills required:

  • MS office skills - word, outlook, PowerPoint, basic excel
  • Communication skills - verbal and written - English, Mandarin for local communication would be a plus.
  • Experience in handling travel, Admin, logistics, calendar management
  • Ability to multitask
