Phlebotomist (Junior/Senior) - IMMEDIATE START 124008

Job duties:

• Report directly to the Phlebotomy Supervisor, you shall be responsible for the following tasks, including but not limited to:
• Collect blood specimens from patients, including infants and children via venipuncture, finger prick or heel prick methods.
• Ensure patient identification matches official document and patient compliance with test requirement
• Strictly observe pre-blood collection, blood collection and post blood collection procedure
• Provide good service quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies stocked and utilised by the phlebotomy team and self
• Perform other ad hoc job tasks or projects as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Certificate of Performance in Theory and Practice of Phlebotomy, Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent in related discipline
• 0-2 years' of relevant hands-on phlebotomy experience
• Willing to travel and work in outpatient and project settings
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, positive, diligent, multi-tasking, caring, attentive and compassionate
