Job Description

As a Barista, you will be assisting the Head Barista of the outlet in preparing all of our restaurant menu drinks, as well as calibrating coffee and managing the use of coffee beans to ensure high standards of drinks served from the bar.

You will also be expected to prepare non coffee-related/ alcoholic drinks and cocktails whenever necessary for dinner service.

Who we are looking for:

• A responsible and independent individual who is able to upkeep the standard of drinks at our cafe.
• Basic knowledge on coffee machine calibration and usage
• 1 year prior experience as a barista and is proficient in basic latte art (Heart, Tulips, Rosetta)
• Basic Food and Hygiene Certification
• Someone who is able to commit to a 6 day work week for full-timer position (including weekends and public holidays)
