Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop forecasting schedule for raw materials, inventory items, replenishment, etc.
  • Ensure all purchases are in accordance to accounting policies and procedures
  • Develop profitability plan for export business expansion and Central Kitchen (CK) production
  • Implement quality control plan for all Suppliers in relation to incoming goods
  • Manage requests from Operations, Kitchen and Marketing to ensure business continuity
  • Review all purchases [cost, quality, storage, etc. every quarterly
  • Improve eProcurement system for flexibility and accountability
  • Support new R&D and Marketing proposals to boost creativity and profitability​
  • Develop capabilities and improve quality and safety of current Logistics Team
  • Create a detailed work plan for incoming and outgoing goods in relation to CK and its production to ensure increase in productivity and control of wastage
  • Review daily outlet ordering versus daily delivery goods
  • Manage storage space within CK and Warehouse in relation to production quantity and forecasting
  • Develop Supply Chain system comprising Procurement, CK and Logistics

Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics and Operations Management
  • Minimum 6 years of procurement experience in F&B or Retail with at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese in order to liaise with internal & external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, staff)
  • Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive work attitude
  • Good administrative, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Mature, able to handle multi-tasking and work pressure
