GCP Singapore Pte Ltd is a manufacture of other chemical products n.e.c. (eg gelatin and derivatives, laundry blue, explosives, processed salts, industrial starch, incense and joss sticks, camphor products.

• Operate machines/equipment for the production of finished goods in a fast moving environment with continuous /batch Production .
• Perform charging of raw materials and carry load of up to 25 kg
• Prepare packaging materials (eg pallets, cartons, plastic bags, paper cores, films etc) according to production schedules.
• Ensure good housekeeping of production and warehouse areas.
• Work closely with Line Leader to ensure on-time delivery with good quality and customer satisfaction .
• Perform product changeover and line cleaning according to production schedule.
• Attend Start of Work briefing every morning.
• Collect routine QC samples.
• Fill up routine batch and in -process check forms.
• Receive /store new raw materials and packaging materials.
• Perform thorough area cleaningweekly and cycle count monthly
• To work closely with Line Leader and Production Supervisor for any abnormity observed during daily operation
• Perform other tasks as given or assigned by Supervisor.
