1.Prepares, set-up, and operates machine according to standard procedure and safety policies2.Delivers daily production output at the set machine capacity using the fully automated machine technology3.Carry out all assigned production activities in timely manner to utilize production line capability4.Performs day to day machine inspection and calibration ensuring smooth operation to avoid long downtime5.Maintain a good hygiene standard and housekeeping by regular cleaning program of machines, pipelines and environment6.Prepares raw and packaging material with data recording7.Blends, mixes and ensures all beverage are following correct recipes and procedures8.Ensure that the production of finished product conforms to quality standards 9.Record required production/QC reports for traceability and audit10.Report production shortcomings, machine abnormalities including quality issues to address and upkeep FSMS programRequirements:·Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends- Physically strong and healthy·Team player and able to support others whenever required·With experience in beverage manufacturing or similar industrial environment is an advantage
