Project Assistant (Fresh Diploma Graduates) 124702

We are looking for motivated individuals who wish to contribute in meeting the World's water, wastewater and energy demands.

As a Project Executive, you will be provided On-the-Job Training and will be responsible for completing engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.

Job Scope

• Installation, testing & commissioning of the equipment.
• Preparation of technical submittals for approval.
• Assist Project Manager on off-site meetings pertaining to technical & system issues.
• Ensure tools are kept properly and documentation updated.
• Coordinate with relevant departments or Contractors to ensure all installation works is completed and sure inspection with clients & consultant representatives are completed as per schedule.
• Ensure pumps and systems are in accordance to approval, requirements and conformance to company’s standards.
• Prepare Method of Statements, Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals for Projects
• Coordinate with relevant departments or Contractors to ensure all testing and commissioning on site is completed as per schedule.
• Design corrective actions to mitigate scope and schedule creeps.
• Establish progress claims as per site status and obtain client’s agreement for billing purposes.
• Ensure compliance to the Workplace Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned..

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience on water, wastewater pumping system, treatment and industrial/building commercial project execution is a bonus.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Experience with Microsoft/AutoCAD /BIM will be an added advantage.
