Job Responsibilities

  • Report daily and monthly progress activity to main contractor / client.
  • Coordinate and work closely with sub-contractors and main contractor.
  • Prepare and present all necessary project reporting and documents (E.g. Progress meeting presentation to main contactor, EOT claim, etc.)
  • Manage projects from end-to-end, from preliminary negotiations and preparations, to project execution and closure.
  • Ability to resolve operational (site) and administrative issues raised.
  • To carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation and ensure all paperwork are timely submitted & maintained appropriately.
  • To coordinate and be answerable to the project progress on a daily basis.
  • Assist in tendering for new projects
  • To conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
  • Assist in organising projects, undertaking new project task and perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.
  • Assist the Site Manager or Project Manager in Monitoring the Works.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
  • Good planning & coordinating skills & able to work independently
  • Strong command of English
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for conversing with subcontractors / client.
