Project Coordinator [No experience needed!] 121956

Our client is looking for enthusiastic & dynamic individual to assist in project supervision! They are in the construction industry for over 40 years and they have decided to open a new position for their growing business!

Your duties:

• Conduct site visits to ensure project progress
• Attend regular meetings & prepare minutes
• Work with Manager to prepare documents & plans within timeline and budget
• Liaise with main contractor to ensure well-being of workers

Requirements;

• Able to converse well in Mandarin as need to liaise with vendors from China
• Need to have own transport, comes with transport allowances $400 - $800
• Good if able to read construction drawing or Autocad
