Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Data entry


Work Details:

-9am to 6pm

-3 to 5 days

-$10/hr


Job Requirements:

-Knowledgeable of appropriate software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

-Good communication of written and oral communication

-Able to commit 3 to 5 days per week
