Misswish is in the Health & Beauty industry and this role requires high levels of communication with clients and staff members. Misswish is committed to providing high-quality customer service to our clients, emphasising continuous improvement and smooth operations.

You are to be involved in:

  1. Provide day-to-day reception and administrative support to the office.
  2. First point of contact for all external visitors/guests/callers.
  3. Contact, book and manage appointments for clients.
  4. Perform data entry, verify documents and ensure accuracy of data documents collected.
  5. Resolve and de-escalate any client disputes using guidelines provided while maintaining the company's objectives.
  6. Carries out administrative duties such as writing and distributing messages/emails, correspondence memos and letters to respond to clients and develop a high-quality customer-service level.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in both English (Reading, Speaking & Writing) and Mandarin (Reading & Speaking) - Please do not apply if you do not have a good command of Mandarin as this job requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Technical competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
  4. Technology Savvy
  5. Work conscientiously and responsibly, with good execution and professionalism.

Location: International Plaza (Tanjong Pagar)
