Responsibilities

• Fulfilment of job orders and assigned projects through filtering and matching of suitable applicants
• Reviewing of job applications, screening, and conducting first round of interview to assess applicant’s job suitability
• Perform high volume of outbound calls (cold and warm leads)
• Achieve monthly KPI set by the Management
• Any other tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Self-motivated
• Keen to learn and independent
• Advantage to applicants with some sales experience
