Responsibilities

Fulfilment of job orders and assigned projects through filtering and matching of suitable applicants

Reviewing of job applications, screening, and conducting first round of interview to assess applicant’s job suitability

Perform high volume of outbound calls (cold and warm leads)

Achieve monthly KPI set by the Management

Any other tasks as assigned by Management
