Responsibilities

Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates

Able to explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel

Social media and digital marketing experience will be a priority

Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging & conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and offer of employment

Develop effective recruitment strategies

Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives
Requirements

Self-driven with a strong desire to excel

Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills to conduct training effectively

Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates

Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
