The Services required are set out as follows:

  • Handle general admin works in office
  • To administer and facilitate office basic logistics needs;
  • Update datas, general filing;
  • Perform other ad-hoc admin duties;
  • Making sales calls
  • Liasing with suppliers
  • Process sales enquiries, generate quotations & consolidate orders

Job Qualifications:-

  • Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous & the ability to multi-task
  • Experience in providing reception and general admin services
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills. English and Chinese speaking prefer
  • Proficient in MS Office (eg. Word and Excel)

Working Hrs: 4 days week

Working Hrs: 9am to 4pm

  • There will be sales commission on top of basic salary
