• At least1- 3 years of hotel reservations or call centre relevant experience
• Candidates without related experience but strong passion in hospitality are welcome to apply!
• Bilingual to work with SEA clients

Job Description

• Answers inbound/makes outbound telephone calls from/to various customers and provides information to secure hotel reservations.
• Assists with service requests that drive incremental revenue to our member hotels and builds customer loyalty.
• Processes reservation requests and service inquiries that are received via email.
• Follow up with customers on a timely basis on special requests, and room/rate requests.
• Attend hotel product updates.
• Compile data and distributes reports for additional handling if requested by their supervisor.
• Assist international colleagues to support regional after-hours enquiries when applicable.
