Job Summary:

As our restaurant’s cleanliness officer, you’ll be in charge in keeping our business flowing smoothly and efficiently. After all, even the best food in the world looks unappetizing when served on a dirty dish or eaten with a spotted utensil.

We rely on you to keep our dishes and cookware sparkling clean to enhance our guests’ dining experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Enhance our guest experience by maintaining service areas in good condition
• Load, run and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates and trays in a fast and efficient manner
• Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before they are put away on dish racks or used by your fellow team members
• Supports kitchen tasks, washing, emptying trash receptacles, ensuring kitchen and dining areas ready for guests
• Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors and dining room to maintain safety and sanitation
• General upkeep and maintenance of guest restrooms according to sanitation guidelines
• Adhere to the most current rules regarding food safety and hygiene
• Maintains clean service areas
• Come to work with a smile, a positive attitude and takes pride in upholding standards
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
