Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food for all customers according to restaurant’s service standard and procedures.
• Preparation work of Kitchen opening and closing operation hours.
• Food production: make sure the end product and the cooking process conforms to company's standard and procedures, and at the same time has good sense of preventing and recording of losses.
• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of individual by following basic grooming & hygiene.
• Assist QC/Supporter or Hall whenever required to meet customer satisfaction.
• Any other job-related duties requested.

Cafe Service Crew - Island wide [Full-Time]

Working Hours:

6 Scheduled Days per Week

Rotating Shifts between 7am-10pm (depending on outlet opening hours)

Salary: $2000-2300/Month

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring excellent guest experience through providing of warm and genuine service

- Take, prepare and serve food & drinks and operate cash register

- Ensure product items are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Passionate about service and people

- Min. GCE “N” level or its equivalent

- Preferably 1 year working experience in F&B – cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity

 To be responsible for the meal service for the patients including meal order taking, meal service and tray clearance

 To liaise with various departments such as dietetics and kitchen to ensure accurate patient meal service

 To follow the procedures related to control room pertaining to meal service

 To provide excellent customer service to the patients in the wards.

 To ensure a good relation with the patients and make sure their concerns are taken care of.

Job Summary:

Manages the back of house operations, including Daily & Banquet menu planning, cost control, administration communication (all levels) and hygiene and safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking and preparing Western cuisine for large volume

• Responsible for the overall daily food production and back of the house operations.

• Maintain and enhance manpower management by daily effective communication.

• Ensure that quality and wholesome food is served in the facility.

• Plan and execute monthly rotating menus and special food promotion with the Unit Manager.

• Manage daily customer feedback concerning services provided through effective communication and effective customer service management.

• Liaise and produce for banquet events of the day/ week with F&B Coordinator/ Supervisor.

• Ensure that all areas of services provided are maintained at the required in-house and corporate standards.

• Assist in co-ordinating activities from the head office during official visits from other related departments i.e. Purchasing, HR, Finance, Business Development and SEQ Department.

• Submit weekly and monthly financial/administration reports to the Unit Manager.

• Submit all HR related documentation to Unit Manager concerning employment, termination, leave application, timecards, manpower costs etc. from back of house operations.

• Attend weekly service meetings to improve and enhance service level.

• Evaluate and administer manpower plans, employee training & development.

• Ensure the safe operation of all cleaning equipment and report to the management of any faulty equipment.

• Maintain and improve hygiene and safety standards of both front of house and back of house operations.

• Keeping Food Sampling and Daily Cooking Core temperature recordings.
