RETAIL ASSISTANTS(For Clementi & Yew Tee)

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Strong product knowledge so as to answer queries from customers promptly

• Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner

• Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized, aswell as monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products.

• Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.

• Cashering duties, Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Perform opening and closing shift as required

• Perform daily housekeeping.

• To assist in the loading and unloading of goods, maintain neat and systematic storing of products.

• Team player & able to work independently

• Other duties as assigned (if any)

Requirements:

• Above minimum legal age of 21 years old for handling the sale and supply of tobacco and alcohol products

• Able to speak English to service English speaking customers

Able to speak Indian or Malay language would be added advantage.

• Able to carry heavy loads and stand long hours

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Able to work rotating shifts

Work Shift Timings:

• Afternoon Shift - 1400h to 2200h

6 Days Work Week.

Salary:

• Part-Time: $7 to $9/ hour

• Full-Time: $1,150 to $1,600/ month

• Payscale on experience.
