Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high standards of customer service
• Ensure that our customers are comfortable, welcome and courteously served
• Achieve standards set on sales floor; incl. till (handling of cash and credit cards), service zones, etc
• Manage departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
• Accurate stock movement’s admin (e.g. delivery check, stock transfer)
• Count merchandise and complete admin document accurately
• Operate the till with correct procedures, efficiently and accurately
• Recommend and promote products to customers

Requirements:

• Salary; commensurate based on experience: From S$2,000 to S$2,500
• On Job Training and promising career development opportunities within M&S

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Possess customer service mindset
• Positive attitude with a service oriented mindset
• Able to commit up to 6 days a week, 44 hours weekly
