Retail Consultant (Jewellery & Ornaments)

Working Days:5 days (off on weekdays)

Working Hours:9am – 6.30pm & 12pm – 9.30pm (follow schedule)

Working Location:Changi Airport

Salary:Basic $1600 - $1800 + Allowances + Commission

To promote and sell the company’s product, play an integral part in promoting the brand’s image and ensure that the day-to-day operation of the outlet/counter is carried out in an effective and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities

• Customer service & store operationsAchieve sales targets by recommending products to suit the needs of our customers.
• Attend to customers’ needs and serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service.
• Ensure that POS is well maintained, data updated accurately and regularly.
• Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment.
• Fulfil your role as a staff of the company by displaying and projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability and professionalism.

1. Others

• Provide feedback on customers’ preference, merchandise and other areas of concern
• Perform any other relevant tasks/assignments as and when required by the management

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred
• Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
• Willing to work at designated retail outlet including Changi Airport
