Retail Operations Executive 126391

• Responsibilities:
• Support store sell-out achievement, field force team, and individual performance achievement
• Provide action plan for Incremental sell-out
• Timely updates on sell-out achievement and performance by account, and by stores
• Support retail activity goal management and ROI analysis
• Support major data and KPI management
• Drive and execute customer service via MSP monitoring, result, and recovery plan
• Monitor Net Promoter Score and provide action plan, ifrequired
• SAM rewards implementation, drive success
• Adopt individual KPI tracking, training, and cascade down to all FSM/FT/PT
• Build strong relationships with store staff, gather feedback on store performance and competitor analysis, and ensure that visual merchandising is in line with company policies
• Obtain and consolidate weekly pricelists, take photos of store product displays, and submit them into a database
• Ensure that store displays are error-free and rectify any issues that arise
• Train staff and promoters on new product specifications

• Location: Travelling to stores across the island via public transport

• Working hours: Five days a week, 10am to 7pm, with permanent Sundays and one weekday off

• Benefits: Mobile bill reimbursement (capped at $100), travel allowance of $128 for concession cardholders, and medical benefits

• Requirements:
• IntermediateExcel skill set (Vlookup, Pivot Table)
• 2 years operation experience
• Outgoing and bubbly personality, with an eye for detail
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team
• Willing to travel to different locations to visit stores

**Please note that this is a 1-year contract position, renewable.
