Retail Sales Associate 126548

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries

• Drive and boost sales opportunities to achieve the store monthly target

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering service and operations excellence

• Managing and maintaining shop floor stocks are well displayed and replenished

• Performing stock-take, quality, quantity, and expiry checks

• Perform cashiering duties which include operating the cash registers, optical price scanners, accept and verify payment via various payment gateways / platforms

• Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure the store’s cleanliness and tidiness

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• No experience required, trainings will be provided

• Have interest in TCM

• Friendly and sociable personality

• Possesses can-do attitude, self-motivated and a good team player

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles

• Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays
