Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations
• Deliver exceptional customer experience including managing customer enquiries
• Collect and share customer feedback and insights during team meetings for analysis, planning and improvement
• Be constantly updated in products knowledge to recommend customer based on their requirements
• Ensure all product and promotional information are displayed properly
• Maintain store cleanliness by executing daily housekeeping duties
• Take ownership by demonstrating creative flair for visual merchandising to ensure optimal presentation to customers
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Able to work in fast pace retail environment
• Able to work on weekends and preferably public holidays
• Willingness to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum GCE O level/Diploma
• Fluent in both spoken and basic written English
• Experience in a retail environment is desirable
• 1 year experience in frontline customer services is an added advantage
• Previous experience with POS is an added advantage
