Job Description

Primary Objectives

•Perform full spectrum of Account Payable (AP) duties.

•Ascertain timely processing of payment instructions and payment processing.

•Manage invoicing and payment in iSupplier system.

•Perform suspense, AP accruals and CIP Reconciliations, Intercompany Charge Backs, Provision and Prepayment Accounting.

•Assist in GST related matters.

•Assit in process improvement when the need arises.

•Ad-hoc assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Control and Process

•Ensure data integrity by daily review of GL suspense & control accounts.

•Ensure compliance to the 3-way match.

Others

•Participate in projects involving account payable functions.

•Update of Internal Processes/DOI.

•Assist with GST preparations.

Qualifications

Diploma in accountancy.

At least 2 years of Finance/Accounting experience.

• Assist Clients at Client Centre with Digital Banking Functionalities
• Assist with testing with ASQ Frontliners with Digital Banking Functionalities

• Submit periodical reports on digital queries and feedback
