to join our Team!

• from June 16 - July 23, 4 days a week
• Possible extension After July 23 for 2 days a week
• Sales experience required (>1 year).
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to deliver a high standard of customer service
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Age between 25-55
• starting date: immediately
• Greeting customers who enter the shop / showroom.
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• You will need to speak to customer about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Be involved in stock control and management
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
• Receiving, unpacking and storing the delivery of (large) amounts of stock / SKU numbers in system
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to management.
• Balancing cash registers with receipts.
• Dealing with customer refunds.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes mopping, dust off, vacuum cleaning and window cleaning.
• Ad-hoc tasks requested by management
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: $11.00 per hour
