DENTAL ASSISTANT

Salary: $2100

Working Location: Geylang

Working Hours: 8:30am – 6pm (5 days work week)

Job Description:

-Reports to Assistant Supervisors

-Perform monitoring and product quality testing activities (XRF, CVD)

-Provide support to all other functions within Product team for the process of quality checks including Corporate Sales items and Production.

-Plan quality check process in accordance to priority of designs and onward process to Data Admin.

-Send and receive goods for assaying and gold fineness testing.

-Send gold, receive goods for assaying gold, gold fineness testing.

-Send to receive goods for assaying to gold fineness testing.

-Send and receive goods for assaying and gold fineness testing.

-Co-ordinate with Product functions to facilitate output of goods to stores.

Job Requirements:

-At least 1 year of experience in Gold/ Gems quality control

-Good knowledge of Gold/ Gems

-Attention to detail

-Good eyesight and steady hands

PPP Coffee is looking for an experienced client manager to be part of its account servicing and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing & developing our commercial/wholesale business in Singapore through acquiring new business account and maintaining relationships with our existing clientele, mainly (but not limited to) within the hotels, restaurants and cafes (“HORECA”) and offices territory.

Job Scope:

• Identify and generate new wholesale client leads.
• Grow, develop and maintain both new and existing business account.
• Manage a portfolio of HORECA and corporate clients’ account, including retention, development and growth.
• Prepare product proposals and/or presentations and quotations whenever necessary.
• Provide excellent client servicing and demonstrate high-level professional knowledge and skills.
• Handle and provide professional and timely advice to our business account for queries relating to the wholesale business/products, working in close coordination with relevant departments.
• Cross-sell products and/or services across the PPP Coffee Group to new and/or existing clients.
• Update and maintain business account according to CRM and sales processes.
• Conduct cold calls and schedule in-person meetings targeting (but not limited to) HORECA and corporate clients in Singapore.
• Coordinate any programs and/or activities (when necessary) with all business account within the wholesale business in Singapore.
• Meet or exceed set goals for sales and performance, working both independently and within a team.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with good sense of numbers.
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
• Strong interest in specialty coffee.
• Experience and knowledge in coffee brewing and coffee machine highly preferred.

Looking for pawnshop sales and valuer. (Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)

Job scope:

- Serve customers on the goods they want to see.

- Open invoice to customers

- General admin duties as requested by supervisor

- Do valuer duties (if experienced)
