  • Support in providing Architecture and Design of Physical diagram, logical diagram, IP address, High availability configuration, mandatory configuration, Bill of Material.

  • Support in defining and maintaining requirement for annual system patch or upgrade.

  • Support in capacity planning and reporting.

  • Define and maintain equipment provisioning concept and procedure based on our or customer-specific and ITIL processes.

  • Perform Information gathering, Migration Planning, Roll-out Strategy, Project Management, Release Management, Vulnerability Management Planning, and Change Management.

  • Support in developing New Real Time Communication related services.

  • Support in planning and executing improvement of the existing services.

  • Meetings (Technical, Planning & Strategical).

  • Detail documentation of Project work.


  • Assist in licensing, hardware and software procurement.

  • Support in project related activities (Consultation, Pre-requisite documentation, Plan of Schedule, timeline, resources, standby after migration, UAT Support).

  • Support any project implementations to follow the requirements from customer.

  • Setup and maintain infrastructure required for system provisioning concept and procedure.

  • Perform standard system high availability setup, testing and commissioning, etc.

  • Develop & maintain all relevant documentation.

  • Coordinate and perform expert discussion with vendors as required for all of above activities.

  • Any configuration work of OpenScape Voice, OpenScape Branch, DLS, Xpressions, OSILA, OSCC, and all other Unify based products for voice services.

  • Any configuration work of Cisco VCS, CUCM, Polycom RMX, Cisco Jabber, Cisco TMS, Polycom DMA, Cisco Spark, and all other Video conference related products.

  • Ensuring the quality of the configuration meet the customer expectation.

Technical skillsets:

  • Have strong knowledge on network (routing, QoS concept) and Linux environment

  • Have strong concept knowledge of SIP and H.323 technology

  • ITIL certified preferred but not mandatory and be able to lead process discussions

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Call Center design, deployment, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Unify VOIP products (OpenScape series).

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Polycom infrastructure product such as Polycom RMX, Polycom DMA, VBP, as well as Polycom endpoints.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Cisco VC infrastructure product such as Cisco VCSx, CUCM, TMS, as well as Cisco endpoints.

  • Knowledge and experience in LAN and WAN technologies, especially to support the Real-time Communication application.

  • Knowledge in the Telecommunication as a Service product such as Unify Circuit, Cisco Spark, Skype for Business, Polycom, Cisco Expressways.

  • Knowledge in CTI integration with CRM application like, PEGA, BMC Remedy.

  • General knowledge in Compute and Storage technologies such as VMWare, EMC, ESX, etc.


  • CCNA- Voice, Polycom (PCVE) , Unify certifications for IP telephony would be highly preferred.

  • Having certification from any major certification body would be highly preferred.

  • Having certification for system administrative area would be highly preferred.
