The role of a Safe Distancing Ambassador (SDA) is to encourage the members of public to adhere to SD Measures (SDM) in HDB estates.

• The SDAs will be required to engage the members of public and advise them against loitering at the public places, ensure they maintain safe distancing when in queues to buy food or other necessities and to wear masks while in public places.

The role of a temperature screener is to conduct contact tracing of shoppers at access points of the Shopping Centre

• Conduct crowd controlling and queue management including assisting unwell shoppers to the clinics, assisting elderly /wheel-chaired/handicap shoppers

• Assist delivery riders and repeated shoppers for express lane

• Enforce safe distancing and wearing mask of all shoppers
