<Job Description>


To provide sales and administrative support.




Duties include:



  • Handling customers’ enquiries and preparing quotations

  • Verifying and/or issuing sales orders/ invoices

  • Maintaining and updating sales records

  • Supporting Sales Department with other sales/ administrative tasks, as required




<Job Requirements>



  • GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Engineering

  • Some years of relevant working experience will be preferred

  • Good negotiation and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing work load
