Duties:

- Assist in the planning and leading of events

- F2F Engagement with our client's target customers at the events site

- Handle product inquiries and manage the sales process from start to finish

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

- Work closely with the marketing team to drive marketing strategies and ideas

Requirements:

- Passion for engaging with new people and building genuine relationships through rapport

- Strong communication skills - written and verbal

-Willing to learn, and always looking to seek improvement

- You have experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, or customer service

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

Responsibilities:

-Connect with users over the phone to check-in on their recent use of our property value features and their interest to sell

- Understand their demographics through appropriate fact-finding

- Assess conversation and proceed with determining the lead quality to offer our perks and benefits

- Refine script to match the conversation without diverging away from the main purpose

- Document conversation details including feedback and reactions on sheets provided

- Keeping track of users that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future

- Upload recorded calls onto relevant drives for tracking purposes

- Communicate with relevant stakeholders on progress of calls periodically

Qualifications:

- Prior relevant experience in telemarketing/tele sales is advantageous

- Objection handling skills

- Ability to be creative in their daily conversations and keep users engaged

- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Eg. Microsoft Office)

- Sense of empathy and ability to relate to users

- Able to communicate in professional and efficient manner in English

Job Scope:

Reply Customer enquires via email/WhatsApp/phone call

Attend to Walk-in customers

Provide quotation and prepare artwork for production

Follow up with production and ensure clients receive products

Assist with some minor production whenever required

Send Invoice and follow up with payments

Requirements:

Outgoing and willing to be attentive to clients and listen to their needs

Adobe Illustrator software knowledge - Important

(Mainly to check artwork before sending it for Production )

Motivated to close sales and provide good customer service experience

Printing related knowledge

Further training will be provided

We are printing company focused on digital printing /offset / large format / tshirt printing /corporate gift

We are looking for sales/customer service representatives with Design knowledge to prepare and finalize client requirements.

Training will be provided, but ideally best to have a good attitude towards learning. We will do our best to past on the knowledge

Willing to attend to client slightly after office hours to maintain good relationship and get more sales.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday _ 9am - 6pm

Saturday _ 9am - 1pm ( Work from home option available )

Starting from $2500 - $3200 onwards depending on past experience and potential customer base if any.

-Starting Salary is based on atleast 2-3years of past experience.

**Commission given after hitting base target

Further promotion to accounts manager if you maintain the customer base.

--Higher base salary will be matched with a higher sales target**

3 Months probation before conversion to permanent.
