This role will be reporting to the Sales Manager as well as the Director. The primary job function will be to assist with the day-to-day operations for both administrative and business support of the office.
Job Responsibilities
-
Provide support for sales team
-
Attend to customers enquiries and orders
-
Records cheque collection and updates shared files
-
Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner
-
Daily processing of customers' POs and invoice generation
-
Arrange for e-commerce sales fulfilment
-
Attend to walk in customers for showroom visits
-
Liaise with logistics for delivery of goods
-
Coordinate and communicate with
-
Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements

GCE 'O' Level & above
-
Fresh grads are welcomed
-
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications

Proactive, meticulous and independent
