Roles & Responsibilities

You will be working closely with the team to develop a sales and marketing strategy for our clients. You will also be working with the managers to develop business development activities, as well as execute these activities. There will be a sales target to meet on a quarterly basis.

This is a client-facing role where you are expected to learn to build relationships and manage them. This is a fast-paced position that requires a high degree of energy and the ability to focus without compromising quality. We are looking for a candidate who likes to learn and is passionate about delivering results.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
• Research on and build prospect accounts that may yield partnerships that align with the client’s strategic goals.
• Conduct high-level conversations with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their needs and how we can best deliver value to them.
• Periodic activity reporting and forecasting to the Manager / Director.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only.
• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Good interpersonal skills to build good relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and listening skills.
• Able to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to converse and write in professional English and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and in teams
