About the role:

We are looking for a talented, motivated addition to our existing International Business Development Team. You will undertake administrative job duties as it pertains to the Revenue team (BD, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and utilize your skills to make certain that all sales people have the proper equipment or literature to do their job. You will also meet with the sales team to make new plans regarding sales or how to improve the job.


  • Help qualify leads and arrange appointments for clients and sales team

  • Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format

  • Processes and documents new sales leads and activity weekly for C-Suite

  • Monitor & remind: Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals

  • Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team

  • Keep track of status of all sales deals

  • Analyse sales data and ensure it is always up-to-date to management

  • Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls

  • Updates all contact information for clients

  • Draft and Proofread sales proposals together with sales/presales team before submitting to management for approval

  • Drafting and working through contracting with BD deals that have been won.

  • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents

We anticipate that you will evolve rapidly in this role and additional responsibilities can be agreed that may modify your role as desired on a regular basis.
