·Extensive secretarial/administrative support to the client including but not limited to

calendar management, scheduling meetings, claims submission, making travel

arrangements and personal matters.

·Involve in executive’s ongoing projects, preparation and tracking of documentations

and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe.

·Data entry, record keeping and maintenance of Client database.

·Receive and response to enquiries through calls and emails.

Algorithmics is an educational startup focused on teaching children computer programming. We integrate information technologies into our students’ education. Algorithmics combines offline and online education to teach children from 7 to 17 years old.

We are opening our doors in(March 2023)in Marine Parade - Bedok, Singapore. We need a highly-motivated sales manager to work with parents who leave inquiries on our website, social media and messengers. We are searching for a person who wants to be a part of our dream team and build a great future with us. Highly active telephone sales for incoming calls (no cold-calling).

Requirements :

● Professional communication skills.

● Experience working in sales or with clients, a minimum of 1 year.

● Experience with CRM (any)

● Have your own laptop/PC

Conditions :

● Fixed salary plus commission for each successful sale.

● A trial period - 1 months

● 80% of the time work is remote, 20% you will visit the office

● Workday: Monday-Friday 10:00 to 18:00 (schedule can be discussed and shifted)
