Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8.15am – 5.30pm

Location: Jurong Toh Guan East

Salary: Up to $3000/month

Group AR & AP oversea Global Netting

• Include checking, declaring, settlement & clearance & reconciliation
• Create Statement of Account
• Reconcile of AR & AP
• Retrieval of invoices from system
• Netting declaration

SAP clearance & off-set

1. TT remittance Group Netting/Oversea Agents, etc
2. All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP
3. Follow-up inquiry & disputes
4. Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
5. Distribution of output to respective division
6. Ad hoc assignment
7. 
   

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Education

Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy

Technical Skills and Prior Experience

-Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experiences in accounting on global netting (preferred) & keeping full set of accounts

-Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred

-IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system

-Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
