Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Have Good Menu Knowledge and Food Ingredients
· Perform Food Preparation according to SOP
· Manage team to achieve ideal Housekeeping / Cleanliness standards
· Perform Kitchen Safety Measures
· Manage team to achieve optimal order flow/efficiency
· Manage stock take and control raw material cost per outlet
Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:
· Diploma/O-Level/ Certificate in F&B
· At least 5 years experience in F&B back-end/Kitchen
· Enjoy practical work and able to work quickly and safely.
· Free from skin allergies to foods and detergents.
