Job Responsibilities

• Develop measurable number of new learning experiences relevant to all areas of interest including social interaction, competitions, entrepreneurship, arts, culture & media, sports and environment, community service.
• Budget planning and expenditure forecast to agreed accuracy
• Assist with the management and execution of the Global Learning and Student Life program
• Manage and coordinate all logistical aspects related to specific events and student programs
• Develop and maintain key relationships– both internal and external related to job function
• Assist with the insurance of maximum output and efficiency of work area by completing regular evaluation reports
• Assist with internal and external communication by creating student newsletters and regular email communications
• Assist with evaluation of student’s key learning outcome via workshops, classroom sessions, and written reports
• Contribute to Global Learning cross-campus team efforts
