👩🏻‍⚕️Senior Nurse / Staff Nurse @ Islandwide 👩🏻‍⚕️Perm Role 125363

🐣Shifts based on Rostering : 5/6 Days work week @ 2 weeks work - 3 days off.

Morning: 6:30am to 2:30pm /7am to 3pm/

Midshift: 10am to 6pm /(12:30pm - 8:30pm

Afternoon: 2:30pm - 10:30am /3pm-11pm

🌻Salary: $2800 - $6000

Job scope:

• Checking and recording patients’ vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment.

• Ensuring that dialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments are administered to patients correctly.

• Monitoring patients during dialysis treatment to identify any adverse reactions.

• Preparing and updating nursing care plans.

Requirement:

- Possess at a Nitec/Diploma/Bachelors in Nursing.

- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
