You are to be involved in:

Provide day-to-day reception and administrative support to the office.

First point of contact for all external visitors/guests/callers.

Contact, book and manage appointments for clients.

Perform data entry, verify documents and ensure accuracy of data documents collected.

Resolve and de-escalate any client disputes using guidelines provided while maintaining the company's objectives.

Carries out administrative duties such as writing and distributing messages/emails, correspondence memos and letters to respond to clients and develop a high-quality customer-service level.
Requirements:

Fluent in both English (Reading, Speaking & Writing) and Mandarin (Reading & Speaking) - Please do not apply if you do not have a good command of Mandarin as this job requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Technical competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
