Roles & Responsibilities:

To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.

To prepare all documents required for inbound and outbound cargos
-
To report and inform customers or any cargo discrepancies
-
To perform receiving process for all inbound cargos
-
To assist on customers’ inquiries via phone call or email.
-
To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
-
To send daily/monthly inventory reports to clients on a timely basis
-
To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately. (E.g. Goods receipt notes, shipping documents and inventory records etc)
-
Perform warehousing standards for quality management systems
-
Formulate business process solutions to innovate current business processes
-
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
-
Relevant working experience in the logistics industry
-
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
-
Possess communication skills
-
ITE certificate or Diploma holder
-
About 2 year of working experience

Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently with people person mindset

Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
-
Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
