Jobscopes :

• Greeting customers, record orders, and serve beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude , answering to customers enquires with a smile.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Maintaining operational areas to exceed guest’s cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations.
• Handling guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems
• Assisting some light kitchen preparations
