Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
• Position Title: Service Engineer
• Working Location: Commonwealth Ln (Nearby the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provision of after-sales services, including (but not limited to) the performance of installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, retrofitting, customer training and software upgrading of reliability and measurement equipment.
• Liaising with customers and responding to their requests in relation to troubleshooting problems, taking corrective actions and provision of technical solutions either on-site, via telephone calls or via emails.
• Establishment and provision of accurate external and internal technical reports.
• Participate with team members on improvement plans relating to service quality.
• Work closely with Sales Department in relation to customer needs and project planning.

• ITE / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with Class 3 driving licence
• Good knowledge of electrical and refrigeration system will be advantageous
• Prepared to travel in Asia within short notice
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Entry-level candidates with good merits would also be considered
