Responsibilities:

·To provide efficient after-sales technical services and support, delivery and commissioning.

·Trouble shooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts.

·Produce timely and detailed service reports.

·Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.

·Comprehend customer reqirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC or NTC in Electrical /Marine / Mechanical / Mechatronic.

·Minimum 2 years’ experience in servicing or maintenance of equipment or machinery.

• Preferably working experience with servicing of pumps, and geared motors will

be an added advantage. Able to compile reports of servicing & inspection work carried out.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Malay (to liaise with multilingual associates/clients).

• Proficient with MS Excel / MS Words / MS Powerpoint.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Team player with discipline and good work attitude.

• Possess Class 3 driving licence.

• Singaporean or PR.
