Job Responsibilities

  • To manage payroll vendor to ensure 100% accurate payroll process for all employees.

  • To be updated with MOM, CPF and IRAS regulations and ensure compliance with these regulations, in payroll administration including IR8A, IR21 reporting, secondees’ hypo tax.

  • To provide reports to management regarding headcount, payroll, company budget and expense.

  • To understand the compensation and benefits of the company and attend to queries of employee regarding their salary.

  • To participate in MOM manpower surveys and other salary surveys.

  • To check on the production and safety incentives to ensure that they comply to the criteria set out.

  • To attend to payroll audits by attending to auditors request and providing/explaining the payroll to auditors.

  • To conduct orientation program for schedule 1 employees.

  • To organise HR events such as Bursary Awards and Long Service Awards.

Job Requirements

  • Well-versed in Employment Act

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in doing Payroll
